The UniFlex® flexible rotary die is an alternative to solid rotary brass or steel engraved rotary cylinders, as it is priced on overall size of plate, not on image complexity. It also has a lower transport cost and is easy to handle and store.
Its durability, uniformity, even and consistent heat transfer are effective on jobs of four million revolutions or more. It can be used on applications such as hot foil stamping, Unifraxion® and halftone stamping.
