Heidelberg Lip
If your press has specific needs, we can include a Heidelberg “Lip” or something similar on the engraved dies to meet different requirements.
Special Cutting/Notching
Any special cutting or knock-out services—we got you. Free of charge!
Polishing
For stamping holograms, we recommend highly polishing foil stamping dies. It’s the best way to maintain the integrity of the hologram, thanks to the high reflectivity of the polishing. The highest results for the smallest fee!
Sandblasting
If texture doesn’t take engraved dies to a whole new level, then we don’t know what does. We can sandblast your image to help enhance detail or special effects onto your design.
Gears and Bearings
Do you use our UniSphere® cylinders? We can manufacture drive gears or steel bearers to accommodate them. If you haven’t got one yet, reach out and we’ll sort it for you.

A perfect impression from the engraved dies we manufacture is music to our ears. Heat Compensating
We love a precise impression. To help ensure that, we always heat compensate your engraved foiling dies to allow for this metal expansion. It’s a standard service we offer free of charge. If you want us to apply this to other products as well — just ask us. Also free of charge.
Drilling of holes
All die placement and counterpin holes are courtesy of UEI® Falcontec. We want to make sure your die is ready to use straight out of the box to save you precious time and money.
