Rotary embossing used to be limited to only simple and shallow images, but UniSphere® emboss cylinders came around and changed that. It’s capacity for depths and details are now putting rotary embossing and sheetfed results in the same room.
We precision engineer our solid brass cylinders to achieve depths and detail that other engravers simply can’t match. They meet stringent TIR tolerances and are available for both electric and oil heated hot stamping units.
Aside from that, we offer unique texturing cylinder that provides a cost-effective way to produce a high-end product without the burden of expensive substrates.
